Based on your input, our design and engineering teams collaborate. We’ll provide:

• Initial Concepts/Sketches: Visual ideas for aesthetics and form.
• Technical Feasibility Review: Assessing manufacturability and material suitability.
• Quotation & Timeline: A transparent breakdown of costs and production schedule.
• Material Confirmation: Recommending optimal stainless steel grade (e.g., 304, 316) and finish.

Once the direction is approved, we create precise 3D CAD models. This allows you to visualize the product digitally from all angles and ensures perfect fit for components (e.g., lids, handles, inserts). We incorporate your feedback iteratively.

Before mass production, we create a physical prototype/sample. This is crucial to:

• Verify aesthetics, ergonomics, and finish quality.
• Test functionality (e.g., lid mechanism, pouring, durability).
• Confirm branding application (laser etch, printing, color match).
• Make final adjustments based on your hands-on evaluation.

Upon your final sample sign-off, we initiate production. Our factory uses advanced CNC machining, precision welding, and quality-controlled finishing. You’ll receive regular updates on progress.

Every batch undergoes rigorous QC checks (material integrity, dimensional accuracy, finish, function, branding). Products are carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. Final documentation and logistics are handled efficiently.
